If you do the disassembly, you can have the grille surround and the headlight frames color match  painted pretty reasonably. That is what I did. Since my truck isn’t black, I also had my Rockstar II wheel trim and center cap star match painted as well. 

 

- the chrome center star is available from KMC (RockStar) for $3.56 each IIRC. Your tire shop may have them on hand.
