I ordered a pair of these this morning...... Gonna try 'em out here in the rural ranch country where I live. Maybe get some more additional peripherial lighting in addition to my PIT5374 headlight upgrade ......

And I also finally found the GM Part #23342527 on line at a GM dealer here in Texas and so, I ordered two more of the Vosla bulbs to have on hand for spares ....... I learned a long time ago out here in the "real" bonnies, to have spare headlight bulbs on hand. I recently had two low beam bulbs go out on my 2005 GMC Sierra within 30 minutes of each other and I was 17 miles from the ranch. Made it home on the fogs and highbeams. Replace both bulbs next morning and immediately ordered new Silverstar Ultras for spares.....

Please post the results after you do the install

Thanks I have looked at those bulbs.I have read some post that said these leds spread the beam pattern out to much (all over the place) they look good but the oem bulbs are better because the beam pattern is correct. I have decided to stay with the stock fog bulbs.

I took my truck to dealer and got the BCM update and new bulbs. I tried it out last night in the country and will say it is a major improvement. Overall better brightness and peripheral vision greatly improved in low beam and high beam is major improvement. I still think the lights need to be aimed a tad higher as I still have the somewhat low sight line while in low beam.

I now have no complaints about this awesome truck.

BTW, my dealer said I was the third Sierra that he performed the update on.

Take a PHILLIPS screwdriver with you and turn the up / down headlight adjustment 1/4 turn at a time in the counterclockwise direction to adjust the beam UP ..... A 1/4 turn makes a big adjustment down road. Make sure you keep the exact turn on each beam so as to keep the lights synchronized .....

See my post on adjusting the aim on my headlights ...... I left mine about a 1/4 turn on the high side and I see pretty darn good, but doesn't blind oncoming .........

Well, I'll definitely be able to tell if it make a positive difference out here in this country I live in. If they are not what I would want , I'll put the OEM PSX24W (I think that's it) back in .......

Had the Vosla update done on Saturday morning. I have to say it is a substantial difference. There is definitely more light out in front of the truck at night and the lighting color is better as well. If you haven't done this yet, I highly recommend it.

Sitting At the dealer having it done now. Excited to see the difference.

Has anyone tried the window trick with the updated BCM flash? Some with 2014's say they have it and 2015's should already (if equipped).

Hold the unlock button to roll windows down. Hold the lock button to roll them back up. You have to have the feature turned on in your vehicle settings. You can also fold and unfold the mirrors using the key fob if equipped with power folding mirrors.

In regards to fogs matching the headlights, it won't even be a close match. LED Cree are around 6000-6500K and the Vosla halogen are 4000-4300K.

This is incorrect information. Just got the vosla bulbs and they aren't close to 4000k-4300k at all. The daytime running LED lights are approx 4300k, these vosla bulbs are likely whiter than the stock halogen but they are not 4000k

Windows work as before.

They will go down with the unlock on remote, but not up.

Holding lock just folds the mirrors (as before).

I thought only the 2015's had the window down function from the key fob. Also, the windows and folding mirrors from the key fob may only be on SLT models.

But shouldn't the updated BCM flash should be the only "current" one (both 2014 & 2015 models), and should increase the bulb volts and any other 2015 items, like the windows. I think...... :)

My 2014 SLT & 2014 Denali only folded in/out mirrors and never window up or down.

I am going to try later on but wanted to know if anyone else could as well.

I know this is the headlight thread, but if the headlight fix adds the window feature... I think I can post here?

I'll try it when I get home this evening. Not driving the truck today.

That is what I posted earlier

If I am reading the product description correctly, these only have about 725 lumens output compared to the 1000 lumens output of the stock fog lights. This might look nice to color match, but the light output would decrease quite noticeably. At least that's what the XenonDepot website is saying. Just something to think about before you order. :dunno:

    • Fred was in the fertilized egg business. He had several hundred young pullets, and ten roosters to fertilize the eggs He kept records, and any rooster not performing went into the soup pot and was replaced. This took a lot of time, so he bought some tiny bells and attached them to his roosters. Each bell had a different tone, so he could tell from a distance, which rooster was performing. Now, he could sit on the porch and fill out an efficiency report by just listening to the bells. Fred's favourite rooster, old Butch, was a very fine specimen, but this morning he noticed old Butch's bell hadn't rung at all! When he went to investigate, he saw the other roosters were busy chasing pullets, bells-a-ringing, but the pullets, hearing the roosters coming, would run for cover. To Fred's amazement, old Butch had his bell in his beak, so it couldn't ring. He'd sneak up on a pullet, do his job and walk on to the next one. Fred was so proud of old Butch, he entered him in the City Show and he became an overnight sensation among the judges. The result was the judges not only awarded old Butch the "No Bell Piece Prize," but they also awarded him the "Pulletsurprise" as well. Clearly old Butch was a politician in the making. Who else but a politician could figure out how to win two of the most coveted awards on our planet by being the best at sneaking up on the unsuspecting populace and screwing them when they weren't paying attention. Vote carefully in the next election, you can't always hear the bells.
    • Can someone confirm if the GM order workbench terminal is able to validate a custom build sequence:   1) Initialize the Allocation Base: Open a new vehicle build queue, select the 2026 Chevrolet Suburban 4WD, and pick the High Country (3LZ Preferred Equipment Group).   2) Select the Diesel Powertrain: Go directly to the engine configuration screen and choose RPO code LZ0 (3.0L Duramax Turbo-Diesel). Ensure it maps to the MHS 10-speed automatic transmission.   3) Deploy the Seating Swap: Navigate to the Interior Options screen and enter RPO code ATT to replace the standard captain's chairs with the power-release 60/40 bench seat. Because you are not trying to force a separate luxury or air-suspension bundle, the standard, premium D07 Fixed Floor Console remains active. The system will accept this change immediately without triggering a warning message.   3)Apply Heavy-Duty Hauling Capability: Input RPO code NHT (Max Trailering Package). The commercial terminal will automatically bundle the required trailering hardware and software modules to support the diesel engine's maximum towing capacity.   5) Layer the Premium Tech and Glass: Separately add code C3U (Panoramic Power Sunroof) and code UKL (Super Cruise) to the order screen.   6) Run the Final Validation: Click the "Validate Order" button at the bottom of the interface.
    • Spent the last hour or 2 googling and reading up on the spacer thing. I don't like the loss of thread contact on the slip on spacers, but it appears you can get "extended" lug nuts that reach into the hole of the wheel to get back the lost threads. Looks like the only true hubcentric slip on spacers are at least .375". I'd want as little as I could get away with and don't want to cause other clearance issues going any thicker. Bora seems to offer what appears to be a well made .375" spacer and extended lug nuts. I searched here and did find a couple threads recommending Bora. But not cheap. By the time I buy spacers and lugs, new TPMS sensors, then pay a tire shop to install the new sensors, I suspect I'm going to be in over $400. Thinking about running out and getting some washers to put behind the wheel to see if .375" is enough to clear calipers, turn lock to lock without rubbing, and to see if the wheels/tires look strange pushed out a little. This would just be to check fitment.
    • Roadmaster makes some quality parts; I have their sway bar. I considered the RAS, but I ended up bagging. I didn't know what kind of ride I'd get with RAS, and the bags have interior jounce bumpers, so I can run 0 pounds pressure. I figured I'd have the best of normal suspension ride with assist on-demand. But it seems you got pretty much the same in one item.
