Power accessory problem

I have a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado which runs great but the power windows, locks,keyless entry, heater motor and a lot of the guages don't work. It is also saying "service airbags, service 4 wheel drive ".

I am thinking this is the BCM or mostly the BCM but I would like some advice from those more experienced.  I have checked all the fuses and relays which all seem fine. Thanks

I would suggest subscribing to the FSM for your truck from helminc.com or alldatadiy.com (or other web sites), and then follow the diagnostic chart for fixing a single system, such as the power windows.

 

You could also try swapping relays.

How's the wiring look?been moved, lots of work been done? follow the feed to relay center, maybe a fault there?
