Hello all, My Sway bar was hitting my CV axle, as the title says. So I crawled under some trucks at the dealer to see what stock trucks are like and it turns out that the new TB/AT4's have longer end links then my 2020 TB. The new end link has a 3 inch rod vs the 1-3/4 inch OE part.

The part number for the longer end link is P/N:85590925

What was the price on those?

I noticed when I put my 5100’s on at TB height I had to loosen up the sway bar bolts and pull it down from where it rode stock.

Have a 2020 rst Bilstein 6112 at 2inch made 1/2 spacers where the sway bar  bolts to frame to lower bar so to not put to much stress on the links. No Rubbing.  Gm parts direct has them for under 20 dollars a link under that part number 85590925 you posted. But if I search 2020 TB vs No TB both come up with the same part number 84367821. The sight won't give sway bar link parts numbers for anything 2022 and up. What year truck did you crawl  under?

I got that part number from a 2023 custom TB. Those links are also on all the ZR2 and new AT4's as well. I was able to reuse the old nuts from my original links.

What size lift in in your truck for the sway bar link to hit the axle?

I put a 3inch lift in my 2021 no TB and my sway bar hits my cv axle also.

There should be some kind of spacer to drop the sway bar or longer sway bar end links to prevent that.

I have the front leveled 1" and it's a TB. So we should be around the same.

So you did install these end links on your 2020 with no issues? I am having the same problem with my 2021 RST z71 with RC3.5” and thinking about trying this for the solution but can’t find much confirming they are compatible.

Did you remove the sway bar at any point? I think you have it backwards if it's rubbing, even with a lift.

So thanks to the Facebooks, was pointed to this page. 20 rst at 50k, 5100 front set to level. Noticed a rubbing noise while turning right, and randomly other times, but predominantly right. Seems like this might be the fix so ordered the longer ends and fingers crossed.

OMG, I'm sorry for the late reply. Yes, they bolted into my factory swaybar and A-arms.

Hopefully it fixes it for you! I imaging you'd see marks on the cv axle like in the pics if this is the issue.
