Weekend in Dallas, Suggestions?

I will be heading down to Dallas for a NFL game in early November. We will be staying downtown and have 3 nights to kill. What should four 40 year old guys do when down there?

Party!!!!! lol, that's what we did when I lived there. If you like sushi, I know a very good sushi bar place downtown. Use to be friends with the owner and his niece. Very cool place.

Will be partying for sure! Its a buddies 41st Bday Saturday. A friend mentioned we should start at Twin Peaks, I guess its like a Hooters only better. Anyone ever been to one?

Twin peaks for sure!!! I went to the one in Denver and it was good, probably even better in Texas. It's like a classy hooters with better food. There are plenty of bars in DFW, dancing scene is supposed to be pretty good.

My wifes cousin is there now. He has eaten there the past 2 days (out there for work). Says the burgers are kick ass.
