good lookin burb, when it comes to exhaust i think the sound of borla and corsa sound the best with magna flow rounding out the top 3, most of the flowmasters i've heard get too much drone for my liking in v4 mode, if your taking that out with the tune though then prob not a big deal.

Yeah, all the reading I have done, Corsa comes in at #1, then Magnaflow and Borla. I plan on disabling V4 (AFM). It only appears to come on when you have the cruise set <40mph or going down hill.

I installed the K&N 63-3070 Cold Air Intake that I ordered from http://www.cnc-motorsports.com. Very easy to install. You can sure hear that little 5.3L roar (ok, meow for you 6.2L guys).

Yeah, but only gets loud when on it, which is fine by me. I have quiet tires. What about your exhaust? I'm not considering a muffler delete instead of a cat-back kit, leave the resonator. Watched several videos and it may be way to go???

Right now running stock but hopefully soon I will be getting the corsa db exhaust single pipe. I haven't read any performance specs on it yet but I like the looks and the sound but it does have an aggressive sound. I've heard something about a programmer that speeds up throttle response but cannot remember if it is black bear or diablo, sorry.

I did the Hypertech tune today with the Max Energy:

 

Setting:

• Tune: Regular (for 87-89 octane. I'll try the Performance (91-93 octane) later )
• Max MPH: 112 mph based on tires
• AFM: Disabled (may re-enable - want feedback from anyone on mpg difference)
• Max Rev: 6500 rpm
• Shift 1-2: +300 rpm
• Shift 2-3: +300 rpm
• Shift 3-4: +300 rpm
• Shift 4-5: +300 rpm
• Shift 5-6: +300 rpm
• Shift Firmness: 75%

I think for the regular tune, the +300 shift points is too much (was suggested to me, but also for the HP tune). I'll upload a video and you can see this. It shifts at 5700rpm and drops down to ~3700 rpm, so ~2000rpm per shift. I think +100 or +200 would have been better, especially if you look at the Dyno chart from Hypertech for the torque band.

MPG has been doing pretty good. Did a ~1000 mile trip and ended up 21.4 mpg. There is a definite difference when my wife drives vs. me :-) For example, this last tank, she'll get ~18 in town and then I'll get in and bring it down to ~15 mpg.

244 mile trip through rural Minnesota pushing a wind and loaded up with all 7 of us and our stuff. Last time I did this trip 4 weeks ago was 19.6mpg and in 4-Auto. Pretty happy with the MPG. 350 mile Trip to Chicago this week, all interstate was 18.6 and 73mph in WI and 80mph in IL then the dreaded Randall road with all the f'n stop lights. 3 pit stops along the way. 7 people and 200-300 lbs of stuff!

I have a 2014 Yukon XL Denali with the 6.2 multi-fuel with the Active Fuel Management and Alison 6 speed Transmission.

I changed out the Oil for the Mobil 1 synthetic and I am running average 27 mpg highway on cruise at 70 mph.

 

Oh did I mention I also always carry a loaded 60"L x 46"W x 16" H -Truck Box in the backend, empty weight of the Box with three drawers is 395lbs loaded I would guess 485-500 lbs.

 

Other options I have added were Emergency lighting Red/Blue/White for when I am called out for Emergency Management. (Hazmat, Crime Scenes, Law Enforcement & Fire Department support, Natural and Man-made disasters). I have also installed a second Deep Cycle battery to run all the lights, radios, computers, Plus other options. Full out driving response Code Three mileage is about 18mpg average. I'm Happy!

Wheels: The dealer has this available to put on it. WARRIOR Gloss Black with Machined Face and Lip Wheels by Vision with Goodyear Wrangler HP.

 

 

 

 

Door Handles: I also had Chrome door handles put on. The "All Black" look was getting me the comments like "Oh, you bought the FBI version." "You have the Government Edition."

DW wanted the factory look Nav but wanted the back-up camera in the big screen. I had the Rosen Prianha Series put in. It retains all the factory controls.

And because I have 2 kids that still require car seats, I have the 60/40 bench in the 2nd row. Two seats on the 60 side still allow the other seat to fold & flip so the others can get in back.

Love the wheels I got stuck with the 22" and looking for a set like those.
