Yeah it was a fun climb, had to do it twice...Cut off 5 miles worth of driving around that valley to get back to the road as well.

 

That shot there is from the West Side of Redburry Lake in Saskatchewan after climbing out of said coulee/valley.

 

I believe we filled two doe tags that morning in our group. Didn't get our bucks for a week later in Rifle season.

 

Not anything spectacular but he sure filled up the deep freeze

Very nice. Shoot down here in Maryland a lot of guys would call that spectacular and meat is meat. I need to make it a point to go a little farther north next time in your country and its great to see a truck get used as a truck. ( no offence mall crawlers )

Well I finally got around to driving up a pile of dirt. I have to say I wanted to keep going but I didn't want to be the person to see if the dic reads upside down.

I'm curious if the roll indicator will also warn you if you're getting to steep and risk a roll over. Anyone care to find out? That's really the only way I see this being useful other than for curiosity/bragging rights

I really wonder that myself and I'm also curious if it reads upside down but so far no one has tested that for me. I find the wheel position indicator to be the most usefull off road. All this topic is really for is to see some pictures of trucks off road and see the dic reading. For me that reading helps feel the incline of the terrain more then just a picture alone could because I know exactly what it feels like in my own truck.

Haha, it didn't make it up the long hill in the sand so I stopped and put in reverse to go down but snapped a pic first. And yes airred down the tires to about 16 psi. You can see the hill in the back ground of the 2nd pic.

I take mine on the beach here all the time and it does really well so long as I'm not going up anything to steep, especially while turning. Then it just digs itself in. I'm on stock SR-A's which I air down to 20psi and never had an issue.
