Options for changing grill on 2016 Chevy Silverado LT

I have a 2016 Chevy Silverado LT and I'm not happy with the way the grill looks. I really like the 2014,2015 Grills so I'm trying to find out what I can do about it any ideas ?

Let's just trade trucks! I heard that it's possible because all of the things behind the "surface" is the same, just like how the lights are interchangeable on the Sierras. But the problem you would probably run into would be that nothing would fit with one another. You would have to probably change the lights and then maybe the bumper. I haven't looked close on the Silverados, but I believe the sale of the bumper is different and the grill "cutout" goes deeper on the Sierras. Hope this helped!

I thought he meant going from 16 to a 15. Still would need new grill and headlights

I believe so. Sorry if I was not clear. I was just trying to say that many people are going to the new styles from the 16s on their 14s and 15s so it would probably be the same just backwards. Sorry if I'm being confusing. I did stop at a Chevy dealership tonight and saw that the grill does dip much lower into the bumper on the 16s than it did on the 14/15s so you would wind up having to replace the whole front end with the previous style (not sure if that was your plan or if you just wanted the grill).

Yea if your wanting to install the front end of a 14-15 on your 16 you need to swap bumper, grill, headlights, hood and fenders.

Yes I am realizing it's a lot to change out. I'm hoping Chevy will come out with a different grill and headlights that can be switched out Without having to mess with the hood or bumper

I think the chrome in between the headlights look cheap

On the 16's

Ya it's some thing about that front end that doesn't doesn't go in my opinion. Is it possible to put The front end of a 2500 HD 2016 Chevy Silverado grill headlights and bumper on to my 2016 LT 1500. I like the look a lot more and think it be a easy swap out

Yes its possible, you'll need to change hood, grille, headlights, repin headlight connector and bumper. Fenders are the same. frome 2014 to 2017 on both 1500, 2500
