JasonAVGuy- I know this is pulling up a very old thread but I had a few questions I hope you could clarify.

I currently have to shallow mount RF subs under my rear seat but need the storage so I am replicating your single 8" behind the passenger's side rear seat.  My amplifier sits in the exact spot your box is but I can just move it to the driver's side.

1. In one of the pictures of your build, you first took out all the truck rear cab insulation, then for mocking-up purposes you placed your rear 1/2 MDF board against the back of the cab. You have pictured a square hold cut into the board.  This is for the sub's magnet I imagine.  Is this square hole blocked off in the back with wood, sealing the hole once the entire box is put together?  Does the back of the cab of the truck give you the room to make that extrusion to otherwise rectangular box?

2. When you take off the rear cab insulation there are some bolts that protrude from the rear of the cab metal body.  You just shaved those off flush?

3. How did you affix the box to the back of the cab?

4. How did you affix the amplifier to the back of the cab.

Thanks in advance for your help.
