4” BDS Lift

That looks awesome with the BDS 4" lift. I just bought my 2020 AT4 in Late October in Onyx Black and would like to add this exact lift, I had this lift on my 2010 Silverado that I traded in and loved it.

Those 325 ridge grapplers spec our at 13” wide. Do you think a flotation size 35x12.5 ridge grappled will fit without spacers?

Looks great, what the susp. specs?

anyone having issues with upper ball joints and the spacer level?

I've seen a few cases online and a few cases locally. Ball joints were destroyed after 3-5k miles.

Why can't someone make a decent UCA kit with a small spacer that isn't $2k +

Sorry for the late reply. All I did for the suspension was add a 1.5” motofab leveling kit to the existing Trail Boss lift. I have approximately 3500 miles on this set up, no issues with the ball joints.

Few more pics. I should clarify that these are 35x12.50 Nitto TGs.

Love your set up and this is the plan I have in mind for my 20 AT4. Do have a question though...with your set up and the RC 2” level, would a small spacer pull the wheels out enough to allow the 35/12.5’s enough space to not rub? I keep going back and forth thinking 11.5 vs 12.5. I’m a sucker for wide wheels/tires. If a small spacer would allow for no rub on an AT4, I would strongly consider it. Thanks!

I'm running 305 65 18 Cooper AT3 XLT 33.65 x 12.2. I could have definately fit 34" on this, but didn't want to sacrifice power or travel. I think it's perfect. Feels and sits amazing!

Anyone know if this size would fit on a AT4 with stock ride height?

Just got it thursday and added the 35x 11.50x 20 Ridge grapplers today. No rub, no level or lift. About a half inch between tire and UCA. Rides smooth but i can definitely tell I have some bigger and heavier tires underneath me; but no power loss i can tell so far. No idea on mpg as the truck only has 115 miles on it as of today.

I went with the 35x11.50 Ridge Grapplers. No rubbing or trimming with the 1.5” motofab

Can you post up pictures. Have this tire and size waiting to go on.

Do you have a spacer installed on the front of this? Any rubbing or any issues?

No spacer, just the 1.5” motofab leveling kit. No rubbing at all, even at full lock.
