I have a 2019 Silverado custom. Beautiful truck but relatively bare bones. Wondering if anyone has had any luck finding a solution for upgrading to power folding mirrors which are only available on LTZ or High country models.

I've found some aftermarket ones for up to 2018 so maybe I just need to be patient?

Much appreciated. Contacted a few and all said it’ll likely be a few years since it’s a new model.

Found the following for $599 each on eBay (the seller has a right and a left):

https://www.ebay.com/itm/2019-CHEVY-SILVERADO-GMC-SIERRA-MIRROR-POWER-FOLD-BLIND-SPOT-CAMERA-2-LEFT-/273743171851

And then the door panel control piece on Napa:

https://www.napaonline.com/en/p/ECHPA3960

but I’m concerned that since I’m not an electrical engineer and this is a lot of money if it doesn’t work out. Anyone have any input?

All responses have been “wait a year or two”. I’ll keep trying and will definitely update the thread if I find anything

Not as easy as just buying the parts and putting them on, your going to need the wiring harness for both sides and then when you get that your going to have to take it to the dealer and have them program it in the BCM computer for them to work.

I looked closely at those mirrors and I cannot see the turn signal LED dots that are typically in a DL3 mirror.

I also am looking for a pair of DL3 mirrors for a soon to be purchased 2019 Sierra.

2019’s do not have turn signals in the mirror.

I did not know that.

I was at a dealership yesterday to look at a 2019 Sierra 1500 Limited. It is actually a 2018 double cab model with some minor changes. There are quite a few of them on dealership parking lots. I was told that I could order one if I wanted a particular configuration.

I stumbled upon that model because I was looking for 2019 double cab with the Stone Blue Metallic paint on the exterior. It appears that is the only model available with that color.

Although DL3 mirrors are not available on them they can be upgraded.

Yes, Stone Blue is a last-gen K2 color.  NorthSky/Pacific Blue is the new T1 generation blue.

I purchased the 2019 Sierra Limited that I posted about on 05/15/2019.

It seems to be an orphan on gm-trucks.com. It is a 2019 but it is really a 2018.:(

I am looking forward to doing the DL3 mirror upgrade on it with Phil's custom harnesses. Unless there is something in the Limited model wiring that is different from what he has available.

Its not an orphan those 2018 body styles are still being produced till September I think is when they will stop making that body style so it is a 2019, my neighbor just bought one a month ago and its titled as a 2019. Its called a 2019 legacy.

When I referred to it as an orphan I meant here on gm-trucks.com. It isn't a T1 and it isn't a 2018 in the forum category's.

That is the way I see it. I'm curious how other members would view it.

I looked at the Legacy model but didn't care for the colored bumpers.

It's straightforward enough.  Your's is a K2 platform truck, not a T1 platform truck.  All of your answers will be in the K2 forum, not the T1 forum.

It would be confusing for both 2019-K2 and 2019-T1 owners if the forums listed 2014-2019 and 2019 as the two different forums.  As it is now it's only confusing for 2019-K2, so it's better.
