Did you have to install the rear block that comes with the kit? The rear of my truck measured is 42 already and 39 in the front. I feel like adding the block will just make the truck have too much rake again

You dont have to use the block but your measurements dont sound right to me.  The stock truck only has about 1.5 inches of rake not 3.  After installing the full kit I only have 3/4 inch of rake left.  It's not that noticable and I personally like that small rake to be able to use the back of my truck without it going nose high everytime.  I would suggest double checking your measurements by measuring from the floor to the center of the fender.

Ok guys, I did it.  I installed the lift this weekend and my Trail Boss is noticeably higher up than it was stock.  I am now running 35x12.5R20s on a total 4 inch lift.  My rims are 20x9s with a 0 mm offset, however I added 1.5" spacers to stick the tires out even more.  They sit about 3 inches past the fender line and it really balances out the truck nicely.  Without the spacers there was a very minimal rub only at full lock.  To run the spacers, I trimmed the first wall part of the mudflap (see pictures below) and with the spacers there is only a small touch at full lock now which I have no problem with.  The truck rides fantastic, even better than stock and is super stable around turns.  See below for pictures and before/after measurements.  Best thing is I still fit in my car wash (monthly subscription) which has a 7 ft clearance.  Parking garage wise I believe it will be tight fit, especially with speed bumps for the 7 ft ones but a 7' 6" garage should clear easily.  As always, any questions just ask.

This is everything i want. I have a few questions.

 

For your rims.... so i see you are running 20X9 with 1.5" spacers. Would you say this is close to a 20x10 -24 offset? Or a 20x9 -13 offset?

 

My goals to run 295/60/20 or 295/70/18 on 10" wides with -18 ish offset so i get the height and stance. 

 

I love exactly how yours look. Like the stance, tire size and height is perfect for me and its under 7' tall. Im just not a huge fan of running spacers so im trying to gauge what the equivalent size/ offset is

Because of the 1.5" spacers, my offset is about -38.  For every inch of a spacer, your offset would be about -25 mm.  If you have any other questions just let me know!

Oh wow thats a lot of offset. Hmm. 

I really like that look but i dont think imma do that much. How do you think a 20x10 -24 offset compares to your current setup? I dont mind the small trimming like you did on your mud flap

If you went that route, it would half inch less sticking out than mine which isn't too much of a difference.   Just took this picture.  Both the front and back stick out exactly the same distance

Wow that looks great!  The exact look i want. 

I think with the ready lift level on top of my trailboss.

Id be ok running the 20x10 -24 offset. 

Probs run a 35x11.5 or 295/65 (35x11.5) or 285/65 (34.5x11.5) id be golden. 

Depending on price might risk it for 35x12.5s

 

How'd your gas mileage and overall drive feel?

How'd your gas mileage and overall drive feel?

Gas mileage dropped just a touch.  Im averaging like 13 city and 17 ish highway and i have a heavy foot.  I love the feel of driving it.  The wider stance makes it feel so stable especially when turning.  Super smooth and turns heads all the time!

You have officially convinced me ?

 

My 2015 had a 6" lift with 18x10s -24 (more like- 35 cause the rough country kit pushes from out some). But it was beautiful the stance and height. Head turner everywhere. 

 

Just to confirm with this setup (ready lift on top of trailboss lift) and 35s (true 35) you are under 7' tall?

Yes, like 4 inches under 7 ft and i still fit nicely at my tunnel car wash!
