issue Bad Wind Noise

Hi
I purchased a 2014 gmc crew cab a month ago and have a wind noise problem around the passenger door seal at the top.
I took it back to the dealer, they ordered a new weather seal, which took 10 days to get in, they installed it seemed better until I drove at highway speed.
Now I have a wind noise in the same place but on the drivers door.
Back to the dealer and waiting for another set of weather stripping, and today i was driving in a cross wind at highway speed the fixed pass door was noisy again.
So I'm not sure how many people have this wind noise problem?I'm getting very frustrated.
What do I do?

I've got a similar problem with mine, terrible wind noise, but I have it narrowed down, it only happens when you turn the heater ac fan on. The faster the fan speed, the louder the wind noise, GM cut more corners, by sealing up the vehicle so tight they forgot to remember the HVAC system fan was blowing air, with no where for it to go.

 

Saw a post where GM was allowing dealers to adjust the outside air mixer door to open up more, to reduce the inside cab air pressure, but they warned that your heater and ac would not work as well as it should.

 

Same ole GM, no real concern for quality, they had a chance with these new pickups, but there quality is still way behind FORD and DODGE.

You're the first person I have heard of to have this issue. I can't hear any outside noise in mine.

 

I hope the dealer can get you all fixed up.

They were selling me on the new triple seal doors, sounded good to me except the wind noise.

So far (knock-knock) mine is very quiet, even at 80 mph.

Yes I hope they can fix it up soon.

Hard to digest when you dish out the big bucks for these trucks!

Mine is very quiet also, but I did notice some wind noise when I was at highway speeds with a 35mph crosswind. I attributed that to the weather conditions, not the truck.

Im in Canada and it gets cool here but I hope they make these to handle the cold temps?

Everyone turn your radio off and turn your heater fan motor to high and tell me what you hear, sitting still or driving down the road.

Exactly what I experience too. Chalk it up to weather, haven't had a vehicle yet that doesn't. Although I think it's more noticeable with these new trucks because they are so quiet.

This noise was almost like a vibration, sounded like the door was being sucked out or something. My wife thougth it was the wind catching the mudflaps and making them rattle. It was a very pronounced noise, more a rattle than wind noise. It took a really good gust at just the right angle and it would last for a few seconds and be gone as quick as it came. Nothing that could be fixed or complained about, that's for sure.

I hope not, my 2008 gmc has no wind noise like my new 2014 has.

The dealer recognizes the problem, hope they can fix it.

No wind noise on mine. Weathertech in channel visors add a little noise but I'm used to it now.
