That's what I thought, just wanted to confirm. Really not interested in the android update, but the rear camera update has me thinking...

This will get the camera icon, Android auto update, restriction in motion, and the ability to play videos via USB drive.

This is just an update for the in dash navigation, not the Onstar version. I wasn't aware the in dash version could be deactivated.

Oh, gotcha. I've never used it. I usually use Google or Waze.

Did some subtle mods today. Added z71 emblem to grille and removed all but the GMC from the tailgate.

I like the Z71. I been thinking about how to do that myself. How did you attach it? Got a better picture?
