We have a 216 yukon with 15000 miles n it has a low speed vibration 45 to 50 miles an hour dropped it off there saying transmission issue a converter maybe hurts your ears I know that

Just bought a 2019 with 34,000 miles. The first night we took it on a highway cruise. It was absolutely smooth as butter!

  The dealer I bought my truck from is actually pretty good. The problem is the labor force issues due to the dealer industry practices. They are struggling to keep experienced mechanics due to the pay structure, and the fluid change staff is minimum wage and uncertified. I still work with them when I need to, but I have had issues due to incompetence or lack of care as I described above. The unauthorized software update issue I suspect is driven by GM policy, but it is still an issue. It is my goddamn truck once i take delivery. You don’t modify it without my permission.
