One thing I noticed today is how easily it breaks the the tires free. He's trying to get me to log low rpm boost, and it just wants to let go and tach up, which he doesn't want me to do yet. I may try in 4x4 so I can keep traction.

Is the 6.2/8spd capable of handling the power increase of a supercharger (example: TVS1900) or will they need built up before doing so?

With proper tuning, yes the 6.2 can and the 8spd is slated to handle just shy of 740 ft-lbs

I'll let you know as I get some miles on her. I will say all the gears are kinda overkill for the torque it makes with the blower. I don't need downshifts to take me to 5k when I have plenty of power below 4k. I almost think I'd rather have the 6 speed with the blower, stock the 8 gears were fine.

I went with the twin turbo kit from Armageddon. Ran 11.42 @ 120.55 and 11.63 @ 121.03 Friday night at Mokan Dragway.

I am ready to get mine on. Hopefully in the couple weekends I'll find time. Put new plugs and wires on. Can tell a difference with just those little things.

Any video of that? Sounds like it really is a good kit.

Sounds like it is running good. Do you have a psi gauge? I'm wondering what you're at with the low end of the power band.

A solid 5-6 psi by 2000 rpms. Gets to 6.5 by 5000

so jealous, looks good man. I been eye balling those E-force chargers, btw you can get smaller pulleys since BB is tuning it. dang it that coolant tank is right where my oil catch can is plus I have a battery charger over there where your oil can is.

I am guessing Edlebrock has the AFM disabled?

Edlebrock still using the "Green" filters?

I know you been tuning and playing around, once you get set can you post some MPG numbers later?

My plan is to pulley down once the tuning is all sorted out. You are correct Afm is disabled. Right now my mileage is crap, lots of heavy throttle runs for logging lol
