It is the complete headrest. You remove your factory headrest and replace with these. run the connections through the seat to your power point and you are done.

Well I would ship but think after paypal fees and shipping that I would be on the losing end. These tires cost $354 a piece new and have roughly 8k miles on them. So probably be better for you to find a deal with free shipping.
