MBPhotos Posted September 18, 2020 Posted September 18, 2020 Finally got my setup installed and couldn’t be happier with how it looks! Ready-Lift 2” SST for TB Fuel Zephyr matte black 17” wheels Amp Terrain Pro AT 315/70/17 now, I will say I have an extremely small amount of rub at full lock, so I’ll have to get small spacers for the front to push them out a tad more. Other than that, no issues so far! 2

It was a severe rub before but now I only have a slight rub at the front on full lock. Tying the plastic behind the liner should solve it. yeah it’s an RST 3.0l

Ride is a ton better than it was with the 295/60 E load rated ridge grapplers. The 305s are D load rated vs the OEM C load rated so they are still a bit stiffer than OEM but still the 305s are a 4 ply tire and softer overall. The visual difference on the truck is so small that I cant even tell the difference so didnt bother taking more pictures. I will say that even with some minor trimming of the mud flaps, the 295/60 had some minor rubbing at full lock. There is 0 rubbing now with the 305s. Even though the the 305s are 1 inch wider (11.5 vs. 12.5) on a 20x9 they are right about 12 wide. Im guessing that on a 20x10 they would be closer to the 12.5. With this change my speedo is also back to normal (was off by 2-3 mph depending upon speed) and I removed 60 lbs of rotating mass (15 per wheel/tire). This seems to be the sweet spot for my truck now so hopefully others with a Denali who are contemplating doing something like this will benefit from this info. @Smrtasp thanks for all of the detailed info you’ve put into this topic. I just purchased a 2020 AT4 and it is still at the dealer getting all of the modifications done (2” SST Level and many others). Went with 305/55/20 Ridge Grapplers on 10” -18 offset wheels. I was worried about the width of the 305’s but it looks like I should be okay.

No. My truck would rub well before full lock if I ran a 0.4" wider tire even with a tire that is slightly "shorter. Might fit if I were to tie back the liner in the front and remove the mud flap mounting bracket. It would also get close to the UCA ball joint...
UltraLuke Posted September 19, 2020 Posted September 19, 2020 I’m admittedly not the sharpest crayon in the box, so I’m full of dumb questions. I’m looking to keep just a 2” level on a 2020 Sierra Elevation. Pretty sure I’ve determined size tire that won’t require any modifications. Now, I’m curious as to how close to neutral/slightly negative offset I could get without rubbing. I’ve browsed through the Custom Offsets gallery, but like a previous question I had it doesn’t seem to always be the same for everyone. All the different models, levels etc. make it tough. Question is could you simulate a different offset by using spacers to determine whether there would be enough room? Seems cheaper to test that way than to order rims and figure it out then. I’m mechanically disinclined, and new to the stuff. Sorry....but won’t be my last stupid question haha. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Anakalypto Posted September 20, 2020 Posted September 20, 2020 I need some help from the group. I’m ready to pull the trigger on new tires and wheels. I have an AT4 with a 2” Readylift level on it. I would like to go with 35s with 20x10-25. Does anyone have this setup? I talked to Custom Offsets and they thought they would work if I trimmed the mud flaps. But I would like to hear from the experts here. Also if someone has this setup where did they rub? I do have a FabFour bumper so I have extra clearance in the front. I have this same color in a Sierra SLT. Have a 4” BDS going on this week, gonna run stock aluminum snowflakes on 35x12s. I’d love more pictures of this bumper setup, looks killer.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I like how my truck is progressing. I ordered a 4” zone lift for mine, plus the 2” factory, so I’ll have 6” total. I also ordered some Fox coilovers to go along with it. Hopefully it will all be in next week. I already have some 35x12.5 on 20x10-12 wheels setting here ready to go on when I get the lift installed. Here are a few more pictures of my bumper. It’s a very heavy duty bumper. It’s raining today so not the best photos. Send some pictures when you get your lift installed Edited September 20, 2020 by TXguy 2

If you happen to have one from father back one day I’d like to see it. Curious how the raised body line up front at the bottom of the bumper flows with the truck.I’ll get some pics of my lift soon. I just got it back from the powder coater, here it is when I dropped it off at the shopSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
