2019 Silverado rear interior cabin rattle noise

I keep hearing an interior rear cabin rattle noise when hitting bumps or rough roads. Sounds like it is coming from the interior rear cabin wall were the rear mirror is located. Has anyone experienced this issue? The second rattle noise is coming from the driver side seat belt pillar or door. The rattle noise almost sounds like plastic hitting plastic. Any ideas or has anyone experienced this?

2020 Silverado, rattle in door pillar, to dealer 4 time, replaced upper seat belt mechanism with no luck. I finally discovered after many months why solution was so evasive. Rattle only occurred when seat was moved back to accommodate tall people. Bottom seat belt attached at floor could vibrate against seat and pillar. Placed an adhesive foam strip around bottom of seat belt attachment, rattle has been eliminated.
