Looks like a rear wheel to me, you don't say. I think I see an emergency brake cable. 

If this is true, maybe a rear axle seal leak or a wheel cylinder leak.

The part that looks wet is the ABS sensor wire. I believe there is a seal on the sensor and that could be leaking.

 

Honestly just clean it up with brake cleaner and see how long it takes to come back. Looks super slow to me.

Here is what you are looking at, on the front, same sensor that is leaking on yours.
