SuperBrightLEDs.com is where I have always gotten my LED bulbs in the past. 2 Reverse lights, 2 license plate lights and 2 cargo lights shipped for $31 for my 1500.

Yep philips is what i used. Bought from seller on ebay, actually have bought 90% of all my lighting from that seller all philips

I always get my headlight bulbs from Ebay. Every store in my area costs way more than I can get them for on there.

So here's a stupid question. I have a 2016 Silverado LTZ Z71. I thought all my exterior lights were LED. Which ones aren't?

Cargo, 3rd brake, reverse, and license plate bulbs are incandescent, even on the LTZ.

I guess I have to buy some LED's!

Just installed my reverse lights (by Philips) tonight. Already did the plate lights. I hope to put the cargo lights in tomorrow

Sorry if this is a dumb question. I'm replacing my back up/reverse lights with led bulbs. Do I need to buy Canbus bulbs?

Posted

No. We purchased non canbus bulbs as indicated with no errors.

What is the difference in the Phillips 921 versus the Phillips 921/T16 bulb? I was about the pull the trigger on getting some and Amazon has two version to choose from.

Thanks in advance!

Looks like the T16 version (according to amazon) is a better brighter version.

Has anyone replaced the bulb for the puddle lights on non-towing mirrors?

It's factory LED but I'd prefer brighter 'if available".
