Sort of.  Adding Factory Heat requires 3 things.

1.  Heated Seats

2.  Wiring

3.  BCM Programming

With regards to the wiring, we'll have to validate what your truck has present and/or what is absent.  The heat/cool module lives under the front passenger seat.  There are circuits that go in/out of the front seat and hit the driver seat, BCM, fuse panel, which buttons.  So we have to validate what all is there.  Determine with needs to be added.

Once all the wiring is present, the last piece of the puzzle, is the BCM programming.  There is a data circuit in the BCM that communicates to the heat/cool module.  This circuit is not enabled.  So even if you add all the wiring, you'll have to get the BCM programmed to enable it.

I have factory heated seats but, living in Florida, I really want cooled seats.  With this reprogramming what else would I need to make cooled seats happen?  I would expect I would need the button set up and the heat/cool module.  Anything else?  Am I able to use my existing seats?

Since you already have factory heated seats, you won’t need BCM programming because your heat module is already communicating to the BCM. If you want the other features listed in the video, then go for it :)

To gain cooled seats (if you have factory heat), you’ll need:

Heated/Cooled Seats: The seats are built differently than heated only seats. There is a blower motor. The leather is ventilated to allow air the ventilate out through the leather.

Heated/Cooled Dash Buttons

Now - to retrofit these new seats, the issue you will run into.

Issue #1 - Since your driver is power adjust now, you will lose power adjust driver because the new seat will have Seat Memory Module. So my Seat Memory Bypass Harness will correct this and restore power to the driver seat.

Issue #2 - Your likely to get an Airbag CEL after installing the passenger seat. This is due to a seat position sensor that is present on the factory seat but missing in the new passenger seat. You’ll need to transfer this sensor AND wire it in. I provide a harness for that OR you can cut your factory seat harness out of the old seat and use it.

Issue #3 - You’ll need to wires from the passenger seat over to the driver seat for the cooling circuits. I make a harness for this.

Issue #4 - If your passenger seat body harness doesn’t have the ground and power pins landed, you’ll need to land those. They originate from the passenger side X51R Fuse Panel.

Bought a set of paintable tow mirror caps.  Just need to color sand and buff them out.

Kind of like an old Cadillac’s hearse, but a pick up.

It just looks wrong. If it was completely blacked out, had a bumper flush with the tailgate, had the taillights flush with both the bumper and the tailgate, and it was slammed, I think it would look better.

added some more budget lights.  Haven't seen anyone mount anything here before and I always thought it looked weird how their was nothing behind the side steps.  Find them more useful than I thought I would.  The optics give it a 180º light diffusion and really lights up the sides very well, where I thought my pillar lights and rock lights where lacking.
