Finally got a set of these. Anyone have input? Good? Bad?

Those look like the same ones that I got.  Had/Have them on both of my trucks, my "late" 2015 and my current 2018.  When I put them on my 2015, I had to wash and blow out the dirt that was in them, after .  I had less than 100 miles on my 2018 when I installed them, and zero off-road miles/time.

Removed those stupid looking flaps in front of the rear wheels. 7224fb1fb4e8c629285cadb9c28ebe03.jpg5a5ada432a42a436a42e0bcc93d7b0eb.jpgba438f927de999c8d3e27f99916b8cf6.jpge8f1267c9ae3b0a369d4f0c637215f3c.jpg

Anyone know if there is some sort of cap I can get to finish it off? Sort of like the other side of the wheel well?

So, yesterday afternoon/evening, I finally installed my illuminated bowtie.  After ordering it on 11 November 2019, and waiting for a little over 2 months, having it arrive at the stealership, having it get returned, reordering it, only to find out that they had one in supply stock this whole time.

I want to get one of those for my midnight edition too. Damn it looks good haha 220 has always seemed so steep for them though otherwise I'd have one already. Looks fantastic though man!

Those are the stock LED housings in LTZ/HC models. I have the same spec truck and yes, the are a white running light, orange turn signal switchback affair.

hmm, mine is a 2lt so I have the hid's on top with the led drl, but the turn signal is a standard bulb, do you think it would be hard to change the turn signal housing to the led housing?

***edit, I guess it's all 1 piece from what I am seeing, great, how much difference is there in the wiring?

***nevermind, I'm not paying the price they want for a housing just to have a lower led bar, I will just slap some led's in there and i'm good, lol

It’s not that simple. It’s a factory 25w hid from the factory. Swapping to an aftermarket led bulb would be a downgrade, plus a little tricky.  The LTZ lights come factory LED and have the led signal with the clear lense.

ya, I forgot bottom part was all part of the whole housing, I already changed the hid's to 45w just would be nice to have the lower led bar but  some led bulbs will work don't really feel like doing resistors so I might buy the wams programmer then I can change stuff as needed. I just bought the truck a couple months ago, baby steps had to get xmas out of the way before spending more money on this this thing

Keep us posted on what LED bulbs you put in your front signals. I’m looking to do the same thing. Dunno what a “wams” programmer is though...
