Looks like the factory trail boss sticker. I think he is adding the chevrolet letter on the tailgate.

I would say you are correct.

 

Probably just the resolution of the photo, but it kind of looks like it has a Red, White, and Blue theme.

I wasn’t aware they came in different wheelbase lengths. It’s a short bed if that’s what you’re asking.

Crew Shorts are a 147.4" wheelbase, Crew Standards are 156.9". Then the Double and Regular Cabs are completely different as well.
