First 'almost' new Chevy in a while, last one was a 2013 BlackDiamond LTZ Avalanche.  Bought this 2019 with 8000 miles.    No mods yet except for LineX  bed liner.  The step bars come already on it,  and less than two months already showing signs of wear.  LineX guys said they would spray them for 200 bucks if I ever decide to get them done.

Just picked it up Monday.  Very excited to start in this process.  Long list of mods.  Just wait and see!

Finally decided on a set of running boards/sliders. I didn't like the look of the stock boards and felt that they stuck out too much. I'm tall enough that I don't use boards and always seem to bang my leg up against them, however, I needed something for the kids.

Picked up a set of Go Rhino Dominator DSS sliders and am really happy with them. They are more flush than stock, protect the sides of the vehicle from debris and the kids can use them when needed.

Took the truck out to the beach for some fishing.   Ran into a nice little storm, but got some good pictures out of it!

Another option is to put grit tape on the step part. All steps show wear though if you drive on gravel a lot. At least these you have some options to re-surface. I actuall think these are the steps I would go with on a Trail Boss.

Just picked her up Friday. 2020 LT Trail Boss, 5.3 liter. Didn’t really want the running boards or sports bar, but stock was very limited and I really wanted the color and standard bed. I’m actually starting to like the look. I’m very happy so far. First Chevy. Coming from a Ram 1500.

What tonneau covers can I use with the sport bar?
