My driver and passenger heated seats quit working but the cooled seats work does anybody know what I should check first I just think it’s odd that the driver and passenger side heated seats quit working at once but the cooled seats still work

Same with mine. Worked just fine when I test drove, but 6 months or less later when I went to use them I got no heat. Haven't attempted a fix yet, would be interested to see what people say.

I only have heated seats and my bottom heater no longer works, back heater works perfect.

There was a thread talking about the seat heaters breaking. The elements in the seats can break.

My 2014 GMC Sierra had the same issue. Both lower seat heaters quit all at once. Backs still worked fine. Ended up having to have both lower seat cushion heaters replaced. These are a weak link in the heated seats from GM. I contacted GMC customer support and they paid 40% of my bill the dealer charged to replace them, I paid the other 60%. My truck was out of warranty by a few months only and just a little over in mileage. Even when working the lower heaters are not very warm at all, barely feel it on high.
