Skid plates : transmission pan / gas tank?

I bought the GM aluminum and steel skid plates for some extra armor but I was wondering if anyone has found a transmission pan skid or a gas tank skid plate.

 

The gas tank one could probably be easily made with an aluminum piece that conveniently sits by the side of the road in construction areas, but the transmission pan seems a bit more hard.

 

Ideas? Experience?
