Installed mine today. I ran into one thing where option 6 (60 mph) was not the auto start disable but was throttle response adjustment. I can tell you when you set it to the highest setting acceleration is extremely abrupt. I'm waiting for my usb to odbii cable then I'll update it to see if the options change. So far very happy with this!!!

Let us know if there is an update. I was told there wasn’t as they were new and “shouldn’t need one”.

Will do. If there isn't I wonder why option 6 was acceleration and not stop/start. Has anyone else seen this?

Anyone with the Pulsar LT using this with a CAI? Watching the Pulsar installation video the unit is attached to the top of the air cleaner box with velcro strips. Wondering where you are attaching the Pulsar unit if you are running a CAI? I have the Roto-fab intake and didn't like the idea of attaching the Puisar to the clear lid.

You can mount it wherever you want.

Question for those who have  the Pulsar. Once you have everything set where you want it does it have to be reset if you remove it and then reinstall it? Example being you are bringing vehicle to dealership for oil change and do not want it recorded that Pulsar is in vehicle. You take it out, have service performed, then reinstall it.

I'm researching this myself. My initial thought is that it would reset itself but I'm not sure.

I have the Pulsar LT on my 6.2 AT4. I imagine you would have to adjust it to your preferences once its re-installed. But it probably took me all of 10 minutes to figure out how to adjust what I wanted and actually change it. It's not time consuming at all.

I disconnected mine when I was having the lane change alert issue. It was only disconnected a couple minutes, but it held it's settings.

Are you saying the device held it's settings/memory when unplugged and then plugged back in, or are you saying the truck held the settings when the device was unplugged?

The device held its settings.  The truck never actually "changes" any programming.  The Pulsar intercepts the signal and modifies it.  Its a piggyback.

I had a few days of no problems then...

I was driving from Minneapolis to Kansas City today. My truck started throwing up tons of error codes and wouldn't restart after turning it off. It wouldn't even crank.

I unplugged the Pulsar and took it out of the system, everything fired up.

I am going to ship it back, not sure it is fully developed yet.

Wow! Thats not good. I think we got ours about the same time. I installed mine on Black Friday. So far so good, although I havent driving it more than a couple hundred miles yet. Did they give you any problems with getting a refund?

    • Still looks like a rivet to me in the pics, I don't see a nut and none of the pics show the head of the screw. But if you says so.....
    • Thanks for all the help so far!   I did try right from 2026 right down to 2021, and only from 2023 down lets me select the option for tire psi change, but I get the vehicle not supported error!   I'll definitely try it under Chevrolet after work today, and I'll get the sensor number from gm for my truck tire sensors. And I'll let you know if it works for me under Chevrolet!   And if that doesn't work, I'm going to guess that what @Atlas said about maybe I have a different body control module could be true!
    • From where I'm sitting this sounds like a compatibility problem. I'm assuming the 2007 was a 900-series truck, and not an 800-series (they were sold side-by-side in dealerships that model year), since it starts and runs.   This is why I HATE post-2006 vehicles. Everything becomes a huge problem when you try to keep the thing running for longer than the manufacturer has designed it to.    I can't remember when Global-A architecture started - either '10 or '11. For your sake, you had better hope it's '11, or you're going to be spending some BIG money to correct this cluster-eff. That's something you need to find out before doing anything else. You may have several computers bricked ... but the fact that it runs tells me you MIGHT be ok here.     EDIT: Just did a quick refresher. You're screwed. This is Global-A. The 2 systems are NOT compatible in the slightest. Once you get the correct engine in there that IS compatible, you're going to need to see how many computers are locked. Absolute NIGHTMARE to straighten out, too. Your buddy might be better off cutting his losses and finding something else.   Welcome to post-2006 vehicle electronics. This is why I quit the industry, and drive nothing built after 1994. This stuff takes all the fun out of wrenching!

    • True, hard to say what differences there may or may not be between Chev and GM as well as a production year or mid year part change either.    I just found it odd that under the Sierra choice on the Autel that many of the last few years of production year did not include the choice of changing the tire pressure but if that is an Autel thing or a GM thing as to why the choices were not there. Knowing what tpms sensors are on the truck should give some guidance into which choices on the tool even make sense to try as I wouldn't give up just yet with the tool but I guess he will see what if anything he comes up with if he finds out a bit more info and tries a few more things on the Autel.
