Guess I'll add mine ... 7" rough country with full struts not spacers and 22x10 fuels -24 offset ... 35x12.50s .. rubs stock bumper in reverse when turning and barely kisses back of fender well under same situation ( already pulled the front bumper for a DV8 offroad one and gonna do normal mod soon)

I finally did a RC level lift on my HC yesterday and had Toyo At Extreme 285-55-20 's put on. Rides great and no rubs. It took the HC from an old timers truck to a total aggressive stance. Took me a while to nerve up to do it. I don't know what the hell I was worried about. I love it.

Changed up my 2” moto fab front level to this..

4” BDS with Fox 2.5 coilovers. 4” block in rear with Fox Performance Series shocks. Fuel Trophy 18x9 5”bs, +1 offset. BFG Km3 295/70/18. Only have about 200 miles on the setup, but rides great so far. Minimal plastic trimming to front bumper valance and mud/rock guards. Tires still rub just a bit on felt liner when full turn in reverse. 0C5C7CD4-7AA8-4726-9CA7-ADB342BA54F2.thumb.jpeg.fb2255f64b473061535eb2c192cf3f0f.jpeg

OK read through about 20 or so of the 344 pages... here is what I want to do. Was planning on doing Bilstein 5100's and leveling out the front. Then I started thinking I want to lift it up a few inches. What do y'all think is the best way doing that?  Just getting 2" lift kit (spacers and blocks) with the shocks.. or a whole 3.5 kit?  I am keeping the factor 20" tires and don't want them sticking out. Might just go with the 5100's for better ride... Let me know your thoughts and suggestions.

Goals =  Level .... 1-4" lift

So here i am 4 years later and countless front end issues due to the bad angles with the Rough Country lift. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT going with the 27820 3.5" lift by Rough Country. way too many issues. looking at the BDS 4" now.

Better now with the BDS 4" lift. Much smoother ride, clicking in my steering has gone away.. And i can turn again!

Did up my tire size to BFG TA KO2s 305 70s

Also added 1/4" wheel spacers on the front.

There is a slight rub on the plastic guard under the front bumper ONLY when i back out of my angled drive with wheels turned. I think i am leaving it alone as it will let me know if over time i get any closer to the METAL part of the bumper.

Thx!

Right on man. I was thinking it would rub on the inner back. Have you done a norcal? Could you fit a wider rim or larger tire if so?

Have not done a norcal, but i will look into that if something starts to droop. I would bet u could go slightly large if u did though.
