Pickup up my Silverado RST Double Cab in Satin Steel Friday.  So happy with the truck coming from my analog 2010 Sierra SLT.  Still getting used to the size difference but I'm adapting.  Sorry about the cloudy day picture but the sun didn't come out until yesterday after over 10 days of rain and historic flooding here in NW bama.

That's a good looking truck. I really like the way the double cab looks.

Agree, nice looking truck. Looking forward to seeing that color in person.

I like the idea of removing those fender badges/they're too prominent.

Pictures on the net don't do it justice.  My local dealer traded for it from one 50 miles away.  I was blown away happy when I saw it in person.

I took my Trailboss sticker off the first day I had it. One if those things that 10 years from now we will look back and say "remember when Chevy made a "Trailboss!?"

Its more of a molded plastic Badge rather than sticker/decal.

The Trail Boss on the bed is a sticker/decal.

Finally washed. As you can see I have no tire shine, ordered some from Amazon but the bottle exploded in the box. Should have the liners and tires nice and black tomorrow. ef69f39264c69d104d495d7e7d4a2f20.jpg

Do yourself a favor and check out the new Adams tire armor stuff lasts unlike any tire product I have ever used

Thanks and yah, once the newness wears off I'll be more apt to be the boss of all the trails.

Do you use it on the fender liners? If not, what do you use?

similar to others, just installed a shorter 13" antenna from AntennaX. Didn't go for the super stubby (5-6"), this one should retain any factory quality FM reception.

Do you have the carpet wheel well liners? My 2010 has plastic and I use the Adams under carriage spray on mine

Liners are carpet on the K2s and T1s. You kinda gotta be careful what you spray on them. Solvent based tire shines stay “wet” and will do nothing but trap more dust and dirt in the fibers. Those products can also harm the coating on the frame which is exposed beneath the rear liners.

Water based protectants are fine for the carpets, but personally I just leave them alone. They are pretty easy to clean with a brush and hose and they look the same with or without anything extra on them.
