Did not realize they made the GT in a coupe, thought the LX with 5.0 was the coupe and the GT was the hatch.

Very nice car!

Correct, the 92 is a LX Coupe. The one I traded was a 2014 GT California Special... two different cars.

New to the forum - just purchased my brand new 2020 AT4 on Friday!

- 6.2L V8

- Crew Cab, Short Bed

- Performance Pkg. (435hp 469 lb-ft.)

- Off-Road Pkg. (Mud-Terrain Duratracs)

- Preferred Pkg.

- Premium Pkg.

- Technology Pkg.

- Driver Alert I Pkg.

- Driver Alert II Pkg.

- Sunroof

Clay-barred and polished on night #1 and waxed morning #3...so happy with this truck so far!

Only problem was the dealer filling half the gas tank with 87 octane...when I went to start it with the salesman, the engine felt like it had a miss at idle and couldn't idle smoothly like it did during the test drive...salesman confirmed they used 87 octane...the 6.2L engine recommends 93 octane (I plan to run 91)...went to the nearby gas station and filled the remaining half-tank with 94 octane and the idle smoothed out and was back to normal...I also went to Canadian Tire and bought some STP octane booster to help the octane mixture a bit more...runs and idles great now! The salesman said I could run 87 octane but I call bull crap on that...it was having a hard time keeping an idle at 87 octane and wouldn't want it under load or I would imagine it would have detonation...

Truck looks very cool!

What brand of recovery boards are those, and have you used them?

Hey JimCost2014 They are actually the new Rotopax Rototrax... I started with the Treadpros and first time I used them on a Michigan trip, they straight failed! So i figured I would give these new Rototraxs a shot since I was able to get on an into price and well mounting was super easy since I already had a set of DLX mounts. $99 still on there site Rotopax.com

87 is completely fine, 93 is only recommended. Plenty of people run it down south and in higher elevations where detonation is more of an issue and they have no problems. Run 93 (or 91) by all means but 87 won't make it run like it's missing or complete crap, you 'd just lose a few hp and about 1mpg.

Didn't know the package came with mud terrain tires, I thought they were only the hybrid tires; mud terrains aren't great in the hard packed winter weather.

I think I'm done for now so I thought I'd throw a pic up.

2020 AT4 Carbonpro 6.2 in Carbon Black Metallic

-Readylift +2 lift

-33" Nitto Terra Grapplers on 18" Fuel Mavericks.

-N-Fab Steps

Love this truck. Just the right size, pretty big truck but I can still get into parking spaces in the city. And the 6.2 with the upgraded exhaust/CAI makes every ride a good time.

First GMC (or any domestic vehicle for that matter), and I absolutely love it. I’ve had it for one week, and had I known how much more I’d like it, may have opted for the AT4. ??  I really liked my Tacoma, but damn I like this truck. Although I did tell my wife I wouldn’t have to add/mod anything...then ran across this stupid forum, haha. Started easy, short antenna, console organizer, Husky liners (only ever had Weather Tech, but I may actually prefer these) and tonneau on the way. Thinking about powder coating the tow hooks red. Looking forward to reading other’s experiences. 3E130E2F-177B-4FE5-AC32-9A936B3D5C2F.thumb.jpeg.8db06b2ad20e65b8d7a74258dd71680e.jpeg

Here's my '19 Custom Trail Boss and my Father-in-law's Silverado Work Truck. The work truck was actually a nice find. It came with leather seats and 120V adapter in the interior and in the bed. I'm actually just kind of jealous of those features, plus the fact that it came with no carpet but with vinyl flooring. That makes cleaning up a mess a lot easier.

We found a set of OEM chrome steps for a steal on Facebook Marketplace and a nice Aries grill guard on Amazon for a pretty good deal. We put those on his truck today. Next will be wheels eventually and some chrome trim if we can find a set used. I think his truck is coming along nicely. The chrome look isn't my cup of tea, but for a work truck it looks pretty good.spacer.png
