LED Turn Signals and Tail Lights

Anyone replace their standard turn signals and tails with LEDs? Tried to do some searches, but no results were showing - so if there is another thread, let me know.

 

Any suggestions on which bulbs? Happy with the results?

I have OXILAM 7440 led bulbs in my front turn signals, work perfect. $22 on Amazon. Can't help you on the tails.

To do this to a custom, does it require four turn signal bulbs?

I just did my turn signal bulbs and purchased the OXILAM bulbs for the front turn signals that someone else mentioned.  I purchased 2 2 packs of LASFIT 7440 Brake Lights.  You also have to purchase 8 50W 6 OHM load resistors (2 for each bulb).  Haven't had any problems.  Links below.

Lasfit  also sells Canbus 7440....plug and play no need for resisters.

I've looked at these myself, but some reviews say they eventually start to hyperflash.  Is this true?  Something about if they are left on for more than a minute or so, they heat up and start to hyperflash?  Anyone have first-hand experience?

I picked up the Oxilam front turn bulbs as well. Resistors built in. Super bright, so far so good after a month in!

and I'm now getting the "fast blink" and a warning in the middle screen "indicator malfunction."

At $20 a pair, I spent $40 on them, they're going back tomorrow.
