Plowing with a AT4 6.2L

Just bought a used 2019 GMC sierra AT4 with the 6.2 paired to  10 speed. I am being told these trucks never came with plow prep. Does anyone know why ?

It because of the factory lift. As a side note I would not put a plow on a 1500 anyway. I used to plow for extra cash in the winter when I lived in Minnesota.

If he's just doing a driveway, I don't see a problem with a plow of a 1500.

 

A lot cheaper to do that instead of buying a Can Am Defender or similar to plow with. 4 Wheelers can plow but at a much slower pace and if you driveway is huge, that will suck.
