Some people I guess value their money and expect to get quality in return for what they pay for.

So do I. If I were having some of these problems people are having, I would be ticked and demand a fix also. However, there have been some ridiculous complaints made by some people here. Nothing is ever going to be 100% perfect and I know most of us know this; however some complaints are just stupid. People threatening to go through the lemon law process or suing GMC over not having LED's rings lightining their radio knobs and so forth.

Some guys are justified complaining with their issues. I've only been a member on this site for a week; and I'm already getting tired of seeing complaint after complaint. Like I said, some are justified while some are just plain retarded.

Agree here too. Many of these complaints are legit and should be fixed. But wiper blades? No way to close your door without smudging it (although I'm thinking that was tongue in cheek), axel ratios (um, you bought the truck, maybe ya should have done a little research first)?

Again many of the issues raised here are totally serious but just as many are a bit silly. JMHO.....

I'm curious to find out what they say when they find the LED's are there but not the resistor. I haven't torn apart my dash to fix this myself because I think GM should fix it. Please keep us updated.

They are calling it "design #2" (working lights) and we have design #1 and until a update comes out they can't fix it. At first they wanted me to pay for it. Get the F***k out of here. I already paid and found a fix!

Wouldn't the best solution be to wait 6 months and take your truck to the dealer and say something along the line of, "the lights in my radio controls burn't out yesterday. I don't know what's up, but they worked the other day..." Be sure to put on your best confused look alone with a well timed shoulder shrug...

Dagwood, I hope you will consider joining my class action law suit. These wiper blades are an abomination, good thing I had my dog in the truck today. He loves sticking his head out the window is was able to give me warning barks and saved me from running over many children and a few kittens.

But in all seriousness, my complaint about the wiper blades is valid and was confirmed by other users of this forum. So my options are return to the dealer have them replaced with anther crappy set or purchase after market ones which have no problem doing.

I love my truck and wouldn't trade for the world. The lemon law thing was a joke hince the LOL.

The real question is, do your wiper blades have led lights cuz mine don't!!!!!

And yes, I'm extremely happy with my 95% perfect GMC. I have a paint inperfection spot on my driver side rear door & crappy windshield wipers. I can deal with it and I have extreme OCD...

Only special GM models have led lights on the windshield wipers. This is known as double secret LED Design #3. They may start showing up the new production run though.

my only complaint about the truck is the stock wiper blades. They are flat out useless, I needed to pull over 3 times last night to knock off the built up ice. This morning I made sure the blades were clean. The first time I washed the window, big streaks and spots were completely missed by the blades. Maybe I should look at my state's lemon law, LOL. I hope after market blades are available.

I'm wondering if something changed in recent builds. I didn't read this thread at all and was using mine thinking "maybe I will go out of my way and buy the factory wipers from here on out since these things work so great (comparing to aftermarkets on lexus and tahoe I have) they are fantastic. However our Arkansas weather isn't all that freezing compared to some of the negative temps I've seen on here (coldest I experienced so far was 22 but when I was using them heavily the other day it was 35.
