Intellilink Software Version

Just wondering what software versions yall have, I tried doing a search and couldn't find anything. The main reason I ask is because I saw a video in one of the threads showing how to setup the power folding mirrors, under the comfort and convenience settings, mine seems to be missing those options. My truck is a 2014 Sierra SLE All Terrain, software version is 23174395.

you might not have the power folding mirrors. I believe those were only standard on the SLT's

The power folding mirrors are optional on the SLE. They must not have been ordered on yours. My SLE does not have them either.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that my truck did come with power folding mirrors.

Try this:

Press and "hold" the lock button on your key-fob remote, if you have the power mirrors they will fold in for you.

I tried that but based on the video, it is a setting you need to activate through intellilink. I do have power folding mirrors, I've used them with the button on the door panel, just trying to figure put if the software is only for certain trucks.

Try this:

Press and "hold" the lock button on your key-fob remote, if you have the power mirrors they will fold in for you.

You have to enable the feature in the intellilink tho.

Unfortunately that software part number is useless. Press Home, Power and Menu at the same time you should get an HMI menu, in there you can find the REAL software revision IE 12.6NXXX ;)

Sorry if this is repeating, but here is how this works from the Silverado Owner Manual. If you have folding mirrors, you should have these settings.

Auto Mirror Folding, page 2-16...

If equipped, with the ignition off,press and hold "lock" on the RKE transmitter for approximately one second to automatically fold the

exterior mirrors. Press and hold "unlock" on the RKE transmitter for approximately one second to unfold.

See Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) System Operation on page 2-4.

This feature is turned on or off through Vehicle Personalization. See Vehicle Personalization on page 5-44.

When on, the outside rearview mirrors will automatically fold or unfold when the Remote Keyless

I will try this when I get my truck back from the dealership tomorrow, they are fixing the rust on the frame. Also while I am there I will ask if they know anything about this subject.

This is what I am missing under Comfort and Convenience even though my truck does have power folding mirrors.

I have the same problem with my truck. My truck is a SLE with All Terrain package. Maybe this feature is only available for SLT trucks.

Glad I'm not the only one, I'll talk to the dealership tomorrow...hopefully they have more information. Maybe they can just load the SLT software in there.

Just picked up my AT SLE and was wondering the same thing. I couldn't find the stupid setting anywhere in the menu even though the manual says where to look. Any update from your dealer?
