Drivers seat airbag sensor

Hey everyone my name is Joe, I just joined.

Drivers side airbag sensor or wiring has an issue and constantly sends a ding on the dash anyone know how to fix this?

are you the original owner? If not , when did you get it.

Have you checked for any codes?

Have you had anyone look at it? Dealer or independent shop?

Hey sorry about that so..

2016 Silverado 5.3 LT 1500  just hit 80k original owner, no modes done yet. It started happening about 2 weeks ago

Also I have had at the dealer they didn’t say anything other then it’s a part in the seat and it would cost around 950$ to repair
