Bose system sub location?

I don't hear my console speaker working. Is there a way to test it? I have turned up the bass, no luck. Is there really a Bose bass enhancement version?

It's working... just doesn't put out much. Other than removing center console, I'm not aware of any testing methods.

If you want to add an aftermarket sub, here's the topic: http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/topic/153662-adding-subamp-to-bose-system/

Put some music/test tones on a SD card or a CD to test it.

If you have a SLT or an LTZ with the center console, then you DO have the sub.

If you have a LT with the center console, then the Bose sub upgrade package was available, and if installed will be shown as a $500 option on your window sticker.

If you have a SLE, then you do NOT have the sub. It was not available under any SLE configuration as far as I know.

I've got the 2015 GMC Sierra Crew Cab SLT with the bench seats. No subwoofer under mines either. I have 6 speakers. 2 up front in the dash, 2 in the front side doors and 2 in the back doors. The 2 in the front doors sound decent. However, the ones in the dash and back sound horrible. I was told there was an amp that could adjust the sound but I can't find it in the back. Does anybody know where it is other than the regular radio settings? Sounds like the music has an echo or it's coming from far away.
