CLIMATE CONTROL ISSUE

I have a new 2015 LTZ dually with dual climate control, driver and passenger. Once in a while, without any discernible pattern, the passenger control knob will default to "HI" after starting the truck. Has anyone else ever seen this?

_{Haven't had this particular issue....but I did get an email the other day saying something along the lines of a voluntary recall coming out related to reflashing the HVAC system for minor fixes/improvements.}
