oil cap and neck oil engine receiver current condition , engine working fine but low oil ...what is goin on ?

I see that all the time when people short trip their vehicles.

Condensation from short trip driving.  Engine never gets an stays hot long enough to burn of natural forming condensation.

lots of short trips , yes !!

but this time just last week went up to pen state for a week temps were in the 20's  , checked all things after being back in GA , and hat off it really surprises me that condition.

I did not have  codes ,oil pressure perfect and all reads right ,immediately made the oil change came out fine .

a day after using it no hesitation in all .

this last trip wasn't short at all but definitely condensation it is !!

any recommendation Z45 ?

With that long filler neck, it`s gonna be hard to keep condensation out of that thing. The L83`s had the cap on the valve cover. Closer to the hot oil coming off the rockers and in the stream of the pcv system.
