Got my HMI back and installed today.. So far everything looks promising. Didn't have time to test everything today, but i'll do a full review tomorrow..

Here are couple pics i took while the car is parked.

Didn't have the text icon before ,but now i do.

Here are some pre=text replies already came with or you can make up your own using " Add new predefined message" gonna try that tomorrow

How does the Msg app work? Does it just allow you to send pre-loaded Texts? Does it receive/read texts? Mostly interested in the last option. Thanks in advance.

Shouldn't be an issue however weather IS an XM service, not sure if its available in Canada or what the stipulations are on that.

Standard normal turn around time for all of our services is one weekend. Should you need a rush we could work something out to process it during the week (as we have done with our beta tester for this platform). I'm not sure on this specific platform but most vehicles CAN be driven with it simply removed. If the truck doesn't run with it out its a simple fix, jump two wires on one of the HMI connectors with appropriately size wire/pins and you are good to go.
