So low?
Mine sits higher than my jumpseat and I love it!

Great job guys looks good. I'm working on doing a wood kit look now on my inside. Also putting in a different module with 360 camera with dash video for movies and a camera which will turn on for my trailer while driving down the road so I can check on it while driving.

That’s correct. There are some things to check for though before we can move forward. If you read the first post of this thread, you’ll find 2 different connection types under your passenger seat. You’ll have to determine if you have the 16-Pin connector or the variant 23-Pin.

This is the plug I have

That’s the plug for the passenger seat itself.

I need to see the plug that is under the seat (towards the jumpseat). There should be a square cutout in the carpet. Take a peak and snap a couple of pics.

Yup. That’s the 23-Pin connector. In order for me to build you a harness, you’ll have to pull the jump seat out, fully extract the harness, and send it to me. I would them build off of that.

Ok

so here’s the thing......

i have a new leather interior going in on the 16th. Is there a chance I could get it back by then?  Trying to avoid taking out the seats twice.

I ship USPS Priority Mail once I am done with it. If you pull the connector out and lay in area where the center console would go, there wouldn’t be a need to remove the seats again. Then when ready to install the center console, just plug it in.

Hey Phil

Can you tell by this pic if I have the 16 pin connector.  I knmow it's a bad pic didn't have time to move the seat to get a better pic. My truck is a 17 LT Z71

It's awesome! I paired it with some JL door speakers they sound great. The EQ is very customizable I think has like 9 bands that you can tune individually, it also has preouts if you want to add a sub or amp. It does retain the steering wheel controls but you lose control to the screen where the speedometer is. You can still scroll through the menus but speech to text no longer works. Also it doesn't have android auto but I got around that with this https://www.amazon.com/Microsoft-P3Q-00001-Wireless-Display-Adapter/dp/B01AZC3J3M, It will screen anything on your phone like netflix or hulu over your phones wifi (a chromecast or firestick won't work). I haven't really tried the built in nav yet but it seems ok, you can use google maps through the alpine app too. Don't buy the expensive hdmi switch any $15 one on amazon will work. Overall I'd definitely recommend it. I think i'm going to add this eventually https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CQBY174/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A1M2AR6046TFJG&psc=1 speakers sound great without it though.

EDIT: I'd also get the bypass for anyone that wants to watch video on trips or anything and to get the wireless adaptor to work
