Any need for a catch can on the DI 5.3?

A guy over on GMFS said he has one on his 6.2L. I PM'd him to see how he has it hooked up, but I haven't heard back from him yet.

 

Cool keep us posted if you don't mind on what you hear. I'm curious if 2 are required in the Ecotec3 engine or not. I see the two hoses going into the intake on either side.

if it's a dual set-up...it should be okay to install them in-line from the valve covers to the intake. If it's single you would need to in-line between the hose that run's from behind the TB to the rear of the block (that is the one that I have no interest in modifying unless I can find an easy way to put it back stock).

 

I'm saving for a dual set-up, that way I can go the easy route.
