In order to validate your harness build, I will need to see a picture of your existing Jump Seat Harness Connector.

This is the connector end that plugs up under the passenger front seat.  You don’t have to remove the front seat.  Take a peak underneath passenger seat.  Towards the middle and towards the jump seat, you’ll see a square cutout in the carpet. Lift this flap up to expose the connector and snap some pics.  I need to see the connector where the wires enter the connector.

There are two versions that GM came out with for some 2014 and 2015 trucks.

Here are pics of each type.

16-Pin

23-Pin (Notice the grey latch)

If you have the 23-Pin version, you’ll have to pull the jump seat out, fully extract the harness, and send it to me.

I then will build off of it, and send it back to you.

Hey guys I'm about to pull the trigger on ordering my parts (found the parts list from Adepuy) before I order I was hoping someone could answer a few questions?

Here's my order sheet for my 2018 SILVERADO 1500 2WD CREW CAB LT:

  • Cable  $15.15  Part # 84022320
  • Console Assembly Front Bracket     $15.00  Part # 22776807
  • Side Trim  $24.25  Part # 23467516
  • Cable  $24.55  Part # 84022315
  • Side Trim  $52.55  Part # 22817347
  • Console Assembly  $375.75  Part # 84502917
  • Upper Trim Panel  $136.54  Part # 84092079

Subtotal  $643.79
Shipping  $128.17
Total  $771.96
*I already have the pgamboa harness, purchased that a year or so ago.

My Questions:

  1. How do I know if the console assembly comes with a charging lid?  Which charging lid do I need?
  2. My interior is the black/gray cloth, are these the correct color parts for my interior?
  3. These prices seem reasonable but are there any other cheaper sites that people source their parts?

Thanks everyone

1.  That is the unknown.  According to the diagrams found on the the GM online sites, that part # shows to be without a lid completely.  There have been many inconsistencies with what you get and why I have partnered with a GM parts supplier to get this built as a complete unit and ships for $825 (plus PayPal fee) vs. your $771.96 price.  Once I validate your console build, I send that info to my supplier and he puts it all together in a professionally packed box.  When we first started this a few year ago, the consoles would arrive damaged from GM.  So we didn't trust that packaging how it comes from GM and he repacks them to minimize the potential for transit damage.

2.  The side trims are black and correct.  You are also missing 2 bolts to attached the console to the front bracket.  Part # 11609982.  The upper tray is Reverse Tartan.

All the GM sites that you can buy these part #s from are GM dealers that are selling online.

Hope this helps.
