My frame is really rusted. Left it over night at the dealership for undercoating. When I went to pickup the truck, guess what I found? Rust! They only sprayed undercoating around the exposed frame at each wheel well. A blind man could do better. I contacted GM by phone and then sent pics by email, waiting for their solution. I asked them how will it be possible to cover or spray the entire frame without removing the bed and cab. This is just unacceptable for a 40,000 dollar truck! It's really embarrassing! Anyone got any advice or has had a response from GM concerning this matter?

My local dealer flat out won't fix mine, even with GM involved. He did say the cab and bed has to come off to get to it all. Said to take it to where ever I got it from. At this point I don't want a brand new truck stripped to the frame as I know it would never be right and my only problem is rust so idk what to heck to do?

Mine is going in tomorrow for the frame rust. They dealer said they need it for at least 3 days. Said they are taking the bed off. By the end of the week I should find out what the did or did not do. I'm worried they won't put it back together right and I'll be back again for another issue. The dealer pulled up the TSB and looked at it and plans to follow the directions which means pulling the bed...sounds like some dealers are not properly following the TSB but I wonder if they are then collecting the full cost from GM as if they did.

I read a few people were spraying paint or undercoating over the frames. Do NOT do that! It makes the factory wax fall off faster and ruins the frame. A friend of mine did that and the tubes that run from side to side in the rear of the truck had holes in them the size of a baseball.I'm trying to find the Nox Rust coating Gm uses at the factory for touch up for mine. Ebay no longer has it.

I bookmarked this link a while back: http://trailerpartstogo.com/12346501-gmanti-corrosioncoating-11oz.aspx

Haven't bought the stuff yet though.

My truck has some rust on the frame and its a GA truck. Should I be concerned?

You remember what happened to the 73-~84s with rust..

I was looking at a '15 HD that had some rust on the frame, but not nearly as bad as the OP's truck. My HC doesn't have a spec of rust anywhere on the frame. How bad is the rust on yours? What part of GA you from? Near the ocean?

Atlanta area. As landlocked as can be in GA.

I took another look, I can't find it now, maybe it was on that 2013 I was looking at before I bought this one.
