Standard beds are not available until Jan 2019.

When/where did you hear this?  I have seen this a couple times in the last day or two but GMC has not answered me.  The last constraint schedule from two weeks ago said the standard bed is constrained through September, just like the AT4 is listed.  Did something change?

I posted it on here.  The Standard bed, double cab and single cab plus the diesel are late release which means Jan.  If I can find it I will post it again.

Short Bed, I don't think standard bed is available until early 2019

Thanks for this.  Thats disappointing to say the least.  I wonder why multiple dealerships and the GMC chat people arent aware of this.

I cannot imagine the look of an AT4 or Trail Boss with a Standard Bed.  

Kind of the reason why Ford does not offer a Standard bed on the Raptor.

I agree, and I don't even think you can get an AT4 with a standard bed, unless I am wrong.

I think someone has posted about this before but I cant remember. How do we know via the VIN # that our truck was produced at the Fort Wayne plant in Indiana? Was it the #1 at the beginning? Thanks for the help.

Bottom line, until your dealer calls you to come pick-up your truck it does not mean much!   Last Wednesday my dealer said my 2019 is sitting in Port, just a 3 hour drive away , waiting for transportation.  I am still waiting and until it shows up at the Dealership I will still be waiting!

The dealership I have been working with said that he has heard that GM will start accepting orders for the standard box in the next week or two. I hope he's correct.

I have had my order in for my 2019 AT4 crew cab standard box 6.2 in since july 19th. Order had been accepted but still no targer production week.
