Agreed. You usually lose between 10- 20% as soon as you drive off the lot, then depreciation for mileage and such

Man that thing has a ton of rake. Looks sharp though.

I just noticed the exaggerated rake. That road has a pretty steep incline. Not that bad on flat ground. Optical illusion maybe?

Low $30s on trades. Sticker was $53 and walked out the door at $41 last April.

I've been one of the biggest proponents for how bad the trade value is, and I have to agree, that vale isn't terrible, realistically its probably 4k too low, but its still better than my 14k too low

If you paid 41 and were offered low 30's a year later, that isn't actually horrible.

I concur, but still say its too low

That's probably it.

Dropped mine off for vibration service #5. Took the service manager on a test drive and he said, "yup it vibrates". I also handed him a print out of the autoguide article. He said it's the first he's seen it. I got a 16 loaner and it rides almost identical and I'll use that in my defense if they try to shove the "effects amplified by leveling kit" bullshit at me again.

Videos of my vibration.

I think anything other than a magic carpet is going to shake a little at 80 mph. If that little bit of water shaking at 80 mph is troublesome to you, you're a lot more anal than I am. And I'm anal! I don't care how smooth the road appears to be there has to be imperfections, cracks, dips, expansion joints etc. You're not gliding on air. This IS a truck with stiff leaf spring rear suspension. Put that same glass of water in any vehicle and I think the exact same thing would happen at 80 mph.

If that little vibe is there at 80 mph and only 80 mph, you're going to be driving yourself nuts finding yourself driving at 80 mph everywhere you go, saying "there it is". I'll bet it doesn't vibrate at any other speed.

Second video doesn't show it as badly as you can see the video itself is shaking too. It's not "little bit of water" like it may seem from the video. I had to stop on my last cross country trip the seat shook so bad it gave me a headache. Please tell me again how normal you think this is.

Film that exact same glass of water with ice in one of your other vehicles center console going 80 mph down the highway and show me how still the water is. I could make that glass of water shake worse than that with a hard fart. 80 mph is moving! I'd love to tell you again how normal it is but I need to see the video you deleted.

Why did you delete the water cup video?

I posted this earlier... those who are finding vibration in the cup holders, cam you place a closed water bottle in the cup holder and watch it shake then place it directly in front on the transmission tunnel and see if the shake disappears. I am not by any means saying the vibrations doesn't exist. Mine has a slight buzz in the console cup holder area but none on the floor directly in front. I believe some of the issue is the structural design and mounting of the seat and how it reacts to the much stiffer frame.

Why did you delete the water cup video?

Because I don't need a forum jockey telling me my problem doesn't exist. Good day.

Put it back up and let the people decide. If you think that water is vibrating at 80 mph, I'd love to see your definition of smooth. I have no love affair with GM but with guys like you out there claiming that the water and ice in the video is vibrating at 80 mph, I see now why they are denying claims.

There are a couple posts in this thread where people claim an open water cup splashed most of the water out because the vibration was so bad. This latest one doesn't look anywhere near that bad.
