Tbh that thing kinda looks hideous but its hard to judge at this point. Ill give gm props for the mirrors tho. Look 10x more useful then the standard malibu mirrors on k2xx trucks.

IMO the mirrors are one of the hideous parts. Not a fan of mirrors on the door panels.

Agreed.

I'm waiting to see the front end with all the camo removed.  But I haven't seen anything yet that would compel me to trade in my 2015 for one.

Have there been any good interior pics?

Looks like a FERD. Round wheel wells?

It looks like shorter windows, and taller bed, or maybe just a shorter cab.  The visibility is already bad on the current generation, now it is going to be worse?   WTF!!!    It looks great, but function has to be there in the midst of it all.

Interestingly those are two different trucks, with and without cladding, they are not the same truck.   If this is a GM product I think this might be the first with the 3 piece rear window.

From the other spy shots looks like the interior will be almost identical to current Gen with just minor tweaks like the steering wheel.

I dunno, just first impression from side view looks like a Ford to me. If they are going to copy something from Ford I wish it would be the drop-down in the front-door side windows which would help in seeing things like parking lot lines. Also the windows in the rear doors look smaller, they need to be increasing visibility, not decreasing it. I do like the idea that they might finally get around to doing dual exhausts, but I'll believe it when I see it.

Integrated into the bumper like that I can't help but think that dual exhaust will be a high trim level only thing.

First thing I thought was it looks like a Ford.  All those bends in the tailgate... Probably to strengthen the "space-military grade" aluminum.

Looks like the center-grille bowtie may be a Z71 logo.  Hard to tell.

I'll pick on it, but I'll want one all the same.

I agree on the mirrors.... they are ugly. Should be up higher.. not on the door panel.

Front end looks promising!

It'll be interesting to see what it looks like with all of the wraps taken off of it.  Hopefully with the new body style coming out it'll have a better set of rear leaf springs that don't sound like the rear axle is fixing to roll out from underneath the truck when pulling into your driveway.  Like others have said, the rounded wheel wells is a start! It'd be nice to be able to fit a bigger tire on these newer trucks without having to lift it so much in the future.

Lol ya right . Clunking 8 speed . Power mirrors that fold 1 in 1out . Rear back up camera that you need welding goggles to back up at night. Wireless charging that won’t charge ass. Air conditioning condenser failers. Who know what else will come out .

Not a fan of the mirrors. Wonder how the tow mirrors will look.

Not a fan of the wheel wells at all or the drop down roof line. Front door glass looks smaller and the rear door glass looks bigger and square.

The one with the dual exhaust, the third brake lite is upside down IMO.

    • Because single shot injectors are ancient and multi hole injectors provide smoother running engines and sharper throttle response due to the fuel being atomized better..the best lead I have is a 24lb blue top injector almost everything matches up but the injector will put out about 26lb/hr which is just outside the gm threshold.figured id ask here to see if there was an absolute answer
    • Why is my question?   Any change in injectors requires a tune. Unless you are going back with the OEM part number or a newer part number of that same injector.   Any size difference or type difference like the EV6 style injectors all have different injector data for them. And there is no EV6 injector that matches the factory 25 lb/hr size that your truck comes with. I've been messing with these trucks and tuning them for a long time and what you trying to do doesn't exactly make sense to me.
    • My 6.6 gas lt8 had lifter noise with 28000 miles bought new 2026 and while driven to dealer it threw #1 rod bearing “HD my ass” good luck with yours i hope it don’t turn a rod bearing!
    • When a condition becomes a business model.    https://www.gm-trucks.com/gm-truck-suv-incentives-pricing-2026/   Zane posted this in "Latest Articles".    The honest bottom line   Truck buyers have spent three years assuming this is a temporary condition that will break once inventories normalize. GM just presented it to investors as a durable strategy, on a chart, as evidence of good management.   Inventory did normalize. GM is at 511,000 units and squarely inside its own 50 to 60 day target. The discounts still did not come back, because the low incentive number is the goal rather than a symptom of shortage.   Plan your purchase around that reality instead of waiting for it to change. Follow our ongoing GM News coverage for pricing and incentive changes as the next-generation trucks land.
    • Thought it was raining this morning when we woke. Nope. Dew point was over 80 F and humidity 98%. Zero visibility distance. Everything was 'sweating'. I've seen rain come out of clouds but never out of Pepper or the tree trunks.    Wicked storms just missed us sliding off to the east but by blocks. Heat index about 110 F with air temp in the 90's.    This is  our third wave this month of multiple days of this type of weather. And yet the grass is going dormant and the ground is cracking this side of the street and water up the the hood opposite. Just weird stuff going on.
