Tire Size with a 2.5 inch Leveling kit on the front

Hello all,

I just purchased a 2017 GMC crew cab 4x4.  I have had 7 F150's and finally bit the bullet and went with this beauty!  I do not want to lift it as to not void the warranty so I am just going to put a 2.5 inch leveling kit on the front.  It currently has 275/55/20's on it.  I am going with an all terrain tire on it and am keeping the factory rims for now.  I will eventually get something with an offset so the tires will stick out from the fender well around an inch or so.  So, with all that being said, what it the largest size tire I can go with right now without having to worry about rubbing issues?  Can I do a 33x12.50x20?

There are also alot of good threads on here with hundreds of pics of people running level kit with stock wheels big tires

Not stock wheels but factory offset. Tire size is 295/55-20. I have 5100’s up with a 1/2” spacer from a 2.25” level lift on the bottom. 5100’s are at max setting. No running. 5100’s on rear with 2” block. 1df69f45396ed62aeb9c02975222f6d9.jpg832c24a3e6a45bbe933bb9a1f6b3be3e.jpg

You know a leveling kit will also void the warranty as well right? This is probably the most asked question on the forum "what is the biggest tire I can fit", shoot probably any forum from a Kia to an F350... Search around and gather info, many different answers and responses depending on the tire brand, type ect. This is exactly why it is beneficial to search and see what is and isn't working for others, what one says might work might rub for another person.

I'll report back to you on the rub on my new truck, I bought my 18 Silverado and the 2.5" level is going on tomorrow and the 285/75/18's on going on next week. After all my research I don't see it being an issue, however the 33x12.50x20's after doing my research and talking to some people those would probably rub.
