first post, thought I'd share my truck. You can't order a 3500hd reg cab at4. So I decided I'd make one. So far it has cognito level/ fox 2.0 / pisk/ 1in rear blocks. Fuel covert bronze 20/10 -18. When warranty runs out it's gonna get serious..... Built many of hot rod truck/car. My last fun truck was a 08 Silverado LY2 4.8 with procharger/cam/headers/4.88 gears. So I look forward to dwelling here and reading many good posts, thanks for having me.

I like what you did to the newer one.  it would be cool to see single cab short bed offered by GM like this older one you had.  Cool rigs.

Looks great!  Nice to see some chrome, it seems every truck on the road has black rims now...all starting to look the same!  I just swapped my black rims for chrome to stand out a bit from the black wheel crowd...That said, I still like black wheels, just wanted a change.

2500hd LT 6.6 gas with 3” super lift on 37s, bilstein shocks, tint, ranch hand brush guard, rough country hd2 steps.  Really liking the gas burner, it’s a big difference from the 6.0

Nice. What did not do do the MPG with the mew 6.6 gas and bigger tires? Wanting to do something similar with 35” tires thanks

Thank you.  I could not tell you what sort of mileage it got in stock form, as I had the suspension work done and tires installed before taking delivery.  I never even test drove it in stock form.  The one or two times I’ve hand calculated it at fill up, taking into account the trip discrepancy due to larger tire, it was around 12mpg.  About what I expected.  I have no complaints.

The standard cab lifted looks great.

I just took delivery on 1/7/22 of my  3500HD Duramax SLT.  I'll be leaving it stock as I haul a fifth wheel and height would be a concern.

First off, damn nice truck you have there. Evan with no lift you could always put some nice wheels on that. Not saying the stockers are bad but it's nice to have a unique look that's not like the rest.

22 pacific blue. Looks black in certain light. Too cold to start a big truck to just core a bin.
