I don't think heavy duty front spring should increase your payload.  You are just going up one torsion bar size which increases your FGAWR 400 lbs.  The GVW is supposed to stay the same.  Your payload should go down a few lbs due to the truck being heavier and gvw being the same.

When building these trucks online there’s an option for a GVW of 10.6k or 11.3k. I configured the truck different ways and checked door stickers on the trucks when I test drove. Not all of them had the 11.3k... I figured it was the HD spring as I couldn’t figure out what the difference was other than that. Do you know?

I figured out my mistake. That’s the payload difference between gas and diesel. I must have looked at a door sticker on a gas truck and not realized it wasn’t diesel. There were 15 trucks on the lot!

Nope...started moving on Thursday so I'm guessing within a week or two.  Got my bed cover and tinted film sitting in the garage ready to go though.

It not too bad though..burning up the last of the miles on my Ford lease and planning other purchases (Derringer, etc) but I'm definitely ready to have it.

Did you put a lift or level on this to fit the 35x12.50x20 Nittos? These tires are pretty heavy. I ran 35x12.50x20 Toyo RTson my last truck which are similar in weight and saw my gas mileage plummet big time. How you been doing with these?

Badges look awesome! How'd you do them? Vinyl wrap? or taped off and sprayed?
